The 7.6" long blade reaches through to carve large roasts and poultry easily, while the 1.15" blade depth prevents sticking and allows you to precisely carve around bones. Can also be used for carving BBQ brisket, slicing between BBQ Ribs for serving. The Carving Knife has a thinner blade than the Chef's Knife, which makes slicing large cuts of meat easier and drag less, which helps prevent tearing the meat as you slice. A great knife needs support, and the Carving Fork is up to the task of keeping your cuts stabilized for safe and tear-free carving.
Blade Length: 7.6"
Overall Length: 12.6"
We recoommend hand washing to keep your blades from dulling more quickly.
I like it, used to cut flank steak very thin. The knife glided through the meat. Great price, for a great purchase. Very satisfied.
Shocked at the quality for such a low cost. Seriously happy with my purchase.
I was asked to give the knife a review after only thirty days, what's the rush the true test of a knife is a lot longer than that. It cuts well NOW, but even those cheap Japanese knives cut like a razor for the first month.
I have several of these knives and am very hapy with each one! Very sharp and they maintain that edge with only occasional use of a steel. (Which I also bought from "Brandless").
You will not be disappointed.
My new go to knife is this Brandless carving knife. I've even bought them as gifts they're that good!
I was amazed at the quality for such a low price. They hold an edge a moderately good time and are easy to sharpen. Word to the wise - never wash your good knives in the dishwasher. Always hand wash and they will last forever.
Love it!!
